See below: We were told one thing, and we received another.. So good and bad. OK!! We were supposed to have a private tour with Leonardo in the day, and then an evening tour to catch piranhas and caimen. Whn i told you the tour was private?Do you any papers that proove that?? Would you think that i could make miracle with U300 for a private tour for 2 people,4 transfers,2 tours?? I never said that was a private trip,you totally missunderstood!! We were to be picked up at the airport, taken to our hotel, taken to the day and evening tour, back to our hotel, and to the airport. You were very well attend for what you paid!! We were picked up on time, but since there was another family coming, the guy put us in a taxi to our hotel. In the morning I had to wait a half hour for another person joining our tour. Thats normal wait for people when you travel in group. It was confusing as this was a private tour, but I was fine with a small group. It turned out Leonardo wasnt our guide, I never saw him. I never said that i will gonna be your guide!! I work at the office but you were well attend for my team. I was brought to a huge day tour group with 50-60 other people, and no one spoke English. We had a guide that was an english speaking. This was not at all what we arranged! The first stop was a tourist stop to see if you wanted to catch a big fish and release, to see what it feels like. There were things to buy. Wasted half hour. This make part of tour itineraryand we dont consider wast of time,we send you the itinerary you checked and bought! You knew that. Then we saw the Meeting of the waters, which was interesting. The next stop was the lily pads in the forest. The stop after that was a buffet lunch and more shops. After that we went to the indigenous tribe to watch their dancing and selling of their products. This is a real tribe. The final stop was a swim with the pink dolphins, they are wild, just around due to being fed. OK!! So I saw what I wanted, just not the way we agreed upon. I did see people in a private tour in small boats. Show me any document that is written that i promisse you a private trip!! No paper right? It is just easy to come over here and chat,chat.. Then I was told the evening tour was private, but luckily there was another person joining me. My god!! You really insist to have a private trip,since you never paid for a private trip,U300 divided for 6 services it is about U50 dolars and if you divide for 2 people it is U25 how come do you want get a private tour? Even i never said was a private trip! The problem is you want a privacy but you want pay for a group tour,come on.next time per for a private trip and dont try to convince people here that you paid for a private tour cause you did not paid. The driver then took me to the Opera house for a photo I was supposed to go in the morning but the other guests were late so we couldnt go, was brought back, and then picked up at the correct time and taken to the airport. You see!! We did our best to pleasant you. We never failed with you. When I said I wasnt getting what was agreed upon, Leonardo was called and reduced the price a little. However, that did NOT make up for the lack of guiding and information.
