Sue is an Accredited Nutritionist who is passionate about food, health and its impact on her clients’ wellbeing. With a Master of Human Nutrition from Deakin University and a background in teaching Human Biology and Chemistry, she takes a balanced, evidence-based approach to nutrition.
Sue works to combine food, lifestyle and supplements where required to help you:

Recognising that no two people are the same, Sue develops personalised nutrition plans tailored to your individual lifestyle, needs and goals, helping you achieve lasting and meaningful improvements to your health and wellbeing.
Sue has a particular interest in digestive health, stress support, women’s health and family well-being. As a mother of three children, the health and well being of her family have always been a high priority. Sue understands the importance of balance and the challenges of a family eating well.
Sue is available for one on one consultations and family consultations as well as nutritional presentations for schools, sporting groups and community groups.
Sue is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia and the Australian Traditional Medical Society (ATMS).
Rebates for consultations are available from selected health funds.
